You work with the person doing the work
Assessments, builds and coaching are delivered by Peter, with specialist collaborators brought in under the same written scope where a job needs them. There is no account layer between you and the findings.
Neotiqa helps business teams investigate email delivery problems, build outbound infrastructure and connect the systems behind their sales process. It is founded and run by Peter Black, whose experience spans selling and training across small businesses, mid-market and enterprise.
A sales team needs more than working software. Messages need a sound sending setup, data needs to reach the right tools, and interested replies need a person who can move the conversation forward. Problems at any one of those stages can hold back the rest.
Neotiqa’s deliverability and infrastructure work grew out of operating its own outbound systems and investigating delivery problems. That experience shapes how we assess a sending environment, document changes and plan monitoring. Managed outreach and coaching connect that technical work with the conversations the sales team needs to handle.
Peter has worked in sales since 2015, with experience selling and training across small businesses, mid-market and enterprise. His career includes deals up to £200,000 and work across commercial energy, SaaS, bespoke software, managed IT, cybersecurity and connectivity.
He has worked across prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation and account growth, as well as leading a regional sales team. He holds a degree in International Business Management and a Management and Leadership Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute.
At Neotiqa, Peter carries out deliverability investigations, builds outbound infrastructure and coaches the teams using it. Clients work directly with him on the scope, the findings and the practical next steps.
Career experience and deal values describe Peter’s previous roles. They are not Neotiqa client results or a promise of what an engagement will achieve.

Findings are classed as confirmed, plausible or open, with the evidence attached. If something cannot be verified, it is not presented as fact.
Read-only access, written specifications and change control mean the people who own the environment stay in charge of it.
An assessment does not require a retainer. A build does not require a programme. You can stop at the report.

No. Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing after a short conversation, because the work depends on the environment, the volumes and the teams involved.
A short conversation about your setup, what you have noticed and what you want to change. No obligation, and a clear next step either way.
