Outbound infrastructure and GTM engineering for B2B SaaS teams
Connect the work between identifying a suitable account and having a useful sales conversation. Neotiqa can build your sending setup, investigate delivery problems and connect prospect data, CRM rules and reply handover around your existing sales team.
- What does Neotiqa provide for a SaaS sales team?
- We provide scoped deliverability, outbound infrastructure and sales workflow work for B2B SaaS businesses. That can mean investigating a sending problem, connecting CRM and outreach tools or operating an agreed outbound programme. Your team owns product claims, commercial qualification, demos and customer relationships. We work remotely with teams across the UK.
Start with the sales motion your team can follow through
Choose the product use case, account profile and buying role before choosing a sequence or adding another tool. An early conversation with a founder needs different context from an enterprise opportunity that will involve a technical evaluation and several stakeholders.
Agree what makes an account suitable, what disqualifies it and which signals are evidence rather than assumptions. A job advertisement or a technology signal may help prioritise research. It does not establish a buying project or permission to make a claim about the company.
Then define the next step your sales team can handle. A useful reply may need an answer from an SDR, a discovery conversation with an account executive or a technical colleague. The workflow should carry that context forward.
Keep working systems in place
You can commission one sending route or one workflow. A new CRM, a full revenue-operations rebuild or a managed campaign is not a prerequisite.
Join up the steps that affect a sales conversation
| Workflow | What the scope can cover | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Account and contact preparation | Fit checks, deduplication, contact source, account ownership and agreed exclusions. | A customer, open opportunity or suppressed contact is handled under the agreed rule before enrolment. |
| Sending and sequence enrolment | Provider fit, authenticated sending identities, CRM sync and the route replies take. | A controlled message uses the intended route and its reply returns to the correct workflow. |
| SDR to account executive handover | The original thread, account context, assigned owner, next action and absence cover. | One enquiry produces one intended handover, with a visible fallback if assignment fails. |
| Outcome reporting | Definitions for human replies, interest, meetings, accepted opportunities and later CRM outcomes. | Counts can be reconciled to the underlying conversations and do not turn repeat messages into new prospects. |
Keep prospecting, marketing and product email identifiable
Inventory the routes your business uses for sales sequences, subscribed marketing, account notifications and support conversations. Record the responsible team and provider for each. Authentication records alone do not establish that every application is sending through the same service.
For example, HubSpot marketing email and connected-inbox sales email can use different sending routes. Our HubSpot email investigation guide explains why that distinction changes the evidence and configuration to check.
An outbound engagement should define the systems it covers and the changes it excludes. Product notifications and transactional application changes need their own agreed scope and the involvement of your engineering team. Separate sending arrangements do not create a guarantee that business reputation is unaffected.
Before buying more sending capacity
Use the cold email infrastructure checklist to establish provider fit, access, ownership, reply routing and acceptance checks. A mailbox count is not an outbound strategy.
Make CRM state part of the sending decision
Decide which system owns the account, contact, opportunity and suppression state. Set the exclusions your sales team needs, such as existing customers, active trials, open opportunities or partner-owned accounts. The right rule depends on your actual sales motion, so these are decisions to agree rather than a fixed template.
Check how changes reach the sequencer after an initial list is prepared. If a contact replies or an account becomes an active opportunity, specify what stops, what is assigned and who is alerted. Test the behaviour when updates arrive twice, in the wrong order or while a connection is unavailable.
We scope HubSpot, Salesforce and other connections around the features, permissions and subscription access actually available. Human review remains part of ambiguous matching and consequential responses. Read the reply-handling guide for examples of the exceptions to test.
From one operational gap to a documented handover
Map the current route
Review the sales motion, affected tools, data owners and where the process breaks. Choose a bounded assessment or build.
Agree the design and checks
Document field mappings, exclusions, access, stop conditions and acceptance tests before implementation.
Implement and test
Build the agreed changes with controlled records and messages. Check failures and duplicate events as well as the expected path.
Hand over ownership
Provide operating notes, configuration details and responsibilities. Any ongoing management or support is scoped separately.

Can you support our SDRs without replacing the team?
Yes. We can build or repair the infrastructure and workflows while your SDRs and account executives keep prospect conversations. The scope identifies what each team owns and how enquiries are handed over.
Can we start with one HubSpot or Salesforce workflow?
Yes. Bring the workflow and the outcome you need, such as account exclusions or reply assignment. We check the available features, access and integration limits before agreeing a defined build. We do not assume a particular connector or subscription capability.
Does this include transactional product email?
The page describes sales outreach and its supporting systems. A deliverability investigation can cover another identified route if agreed, but changes to application notifications, product infrastructure or customer messaging require a separate scope and the relevant engineering owner.
Can you guarantee demos or pipeline?
No. We agree activities, responsibilities and acceptance checks. Performance also depends on your offer, audience, delivery environment and follow-up. Interested replies, booked demos, accepted opportunities and revenue remain separate measures.
Can you help once interested replies reach the sales team?
Yes. Sales coaching can be scoped around discovery, follow-up and progressing the conversation. That is separate from the technical build and from any commitment to operate the campaign.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
A short description of the product, target accounts, sales team and current tools, plus the point where the process breaks. Do not send credentials, contact lists or confidential customer data through the enquiry form. We agree any access and evidence sharing separately.

Which part of your sales workflow needs to work better?
Tell us what you sell, how your team reaches prospects and where the handover breaks down. We can discuss a defined assessment, infrastructure build or workflow project.
