Second opinions
A specialist review of a plan, a proposal or a finding before it goes to the client, when you want another pair of eyes.
For marketing and lead-generation agencies whose clients need deliverability assessments, outbound infrastructure or campaign delivery that the agency does not want to build in-house. We work as your consultant, under your brand where agreed, with a written agreement and clear confidentiality. You own the relationship.
Agencies get asked questions their teams would rather not answer alone. Why has a client’s sequencer health score dropped? Why is a campaign landing in junk for Microsoft-hosted prospects and not for others? Can the client scale a sales team into new regions without wrecking its domain? Should the next campaign have its own sending infrastructure, and who will set it up properly?
We answer those questions for you, in your name if you prefer. The work is the same evidence-led approach we use directly: read-only assessments, written specifications, documented builds and reporting with consistent numbers. Your client sees a considered answer from your agency. You see a partner who scopes carefully, quotes per client and stays inside the agreed lines.
The same five services, scoped per client. Deliverability and infrastructure are the most common starting points.

Infrastructure scopeLists, messaging, sequences, reply handling and reporting, operated for your client under your reporting format where agreed.
Outreach scopeData, routing and automation connected to the client’s CRM and tools, with documentation your team can support.
Engineering scopeOutreach and sales-conversation coaching for the client’s team, delivered as part of your programme.

Clear lines, written down, so the client relationship stays yours and the technical risk stays managed.
Show your client the structure before the work starts. Findings with evidence, priorities in order, named owners and clear next steps, formatted to your template where agreed.

Only when you want us to, and then as your consultant. We join calls you arrange, introduced by you, and we do not contact your client independently. Reporting goes through you unless the agreement says otherwise.
Yes, where agreed. Reports, specifications and workshop materials can be produced on your template, and we are comfortable being the unnamed technical partner behind your proposal.
Per client and per scope, quoted to you. You set your own price to your client. We do not publish partner rates and we do not discuss commercials with your client.
We tell you first, with a proposed change of scope and price. You decide whether and how to take it to your client.
Yes. We can draft the technical sections, the scope, the access requirements and the deliverables list, so your proposal describes work that can actually be delivered.
