Education programmes and training

Help important programme emails reach schools and applicants.

A programme announcement, an application reply and a course confirmation have different jobs. Neotiqa helps education and training providers investigate missing email, check staff and mailing-platform sending routes, and give their team a clear process for follow-up.

How does Neotiqa support education providers?
We provide scoped email-deliverability assessments, configuration work and outreach-process support for organisations running education programmes or training. The focus is how messages are sent and followed up, while your team owns programme content, admissions and relationships with learners and schools.

Separate programme promotion from the messages people are waiting for.

A school contact receiving a programme introduction is in a different position from an applicant waiting for an answer. Map those journeys separately, including who writes the message, which system sends it and who will handle a reply.

An authentication change for staff email may not cover a mailing platform. Check each authorised route and the identity it presents to recipients. After a change, document what was tested and what the result actually demonstrates.

Our experience includes direct deliverability and configuration work for an education programme provider. It is the reason this page treats staff correspondence, programme mailings and contact quality as connected but distinct parts of the investigation.

Start with a small set of examples

  • The kind of message and the expected recipient
  • When it was sent and which tool sent it
  • Any bounce or delivery response available
  • Whether a normal reply reaches the same organisation

Match the check to the message.

What can an email address check tell you?

Address checking can identify some invalid or risky addresses, but it does not prove that a person still holds the relevant role, wants the message or will receive it in their inbox. Keep those questions separate when reviewing a school-contact or organisational list.

A useful process records where a contact came from, why the message is relevant, who should be excluded and how an opt-out is handled. Programme promotion should not be mixed indiscriminately with operational correspondence to existing applicants.

For a sending problem, the next step is an email deliverability assessment. For repeatable routing between enquiry forms, shared inboxes and a CRM, explore GTM engineering. We agree the systems, access and outputs before work starts.

Questions from education and training providers

Can you help if emails to schools are going to spam?

Yes. We can investigate the sending route, authentication, available message evidence and list quality. A school’s filters are controlled by its own administrators, so some findings may require their input. Inbox placement cannot be guaranteed.

Can staff email work while our mailing-platform messages fail?

Yes. The messages may travel through different providers and use different authentication or tracking settings. Each route needs its own check, even when both display your organisation’s name.

Do we need a new email platform?

Not necessarily. We assess the existing setup and explain what can be corrected or tested before recommending a change. Any migration would be a separate agreed project.

Do you provide student recruitment or admissions services?

We support email delivery and agreed outreach processes. We do not make admissions decisions or operate a student recruitment service. Your team manages programme suitability, applications and learner relationships.

Will you need access to applicant records?

We agree the minimum evidence and access for the task. The first conversation does not need applicant records. Use redacted message examples where appropriate, and do not upload learner information or credentials through the public enquiry form.

A clear handover for your team

You work directly with Peter Black. A defined engagement records the checks completed, any agreed changes, the evidence from verification and who owns the next step. Optional aftercare is agreed separately from the initial work.
