Help your treasury software conversations reach the right inbox.
When enterprise sales email goes missing, a sequence rewrite alone may not solve it. Neotiqa helps treasury and payments software teams investigate delivery, understand the routes between their mailboxes and sales tools, and agree practical actions with IT, revenue operations and sales.
- What does Neotiqa do for treasury and payments software companies?
- We assess business-email delivery and the systems behind outbound sales. The work can cover Microsoft 365, connected sales-engagement tools, CRM handover and sending practices. Your team retains ownership of its product, security decisions, financial advice and customer relationships.
Trace the route before changing the message.
A salesperson may write in their mailbox, enrol a contact through a sales platform and record the conversation in a CRM. Those activities can use different sending or tracking routes even when the recipient sees the same company name. Start with one affected message and establish which system actually sent it.
Record the sender, recipient domain, time, message identifier and available delivery evidence. Compare a normal business reply with a sequence message before deciding whether the issue follows the mailbox, application, message or recipient environment. Keep any examples appropriately redacted.
An accepted message is not proof of inbox placement, and an open is not proof that a treasury buyer read the proposal. Our guide to delivered email missing from the inbox explains the distinction.
Useful questions for the first review
- Does the issue affect one sender, region or recipient organisation?
- Does ordinary correspondence behave differently from sequences?
- Who controls the mailbox, sending tool and tracking settings?
- What changed before the problem appeared?
Give each finding an owner.
| Workstream | Evidence to collect | Owner to involve |
|---|---|---|
| Mail and authentication | Message headers, delivery traces and the authorised sending configuration | IT or the email administrator |
| Sales-engagement tools | Connection method, sequence settings, tracking and stop rules | Revenue operations or sales operations |
| Content and targeting | Actual messages, audience selection and follow-up context | Sales and marketing |
| Commercial handover | Who accepts interest, what qualifies it and the next agreed action | Sales leadership and account owners |
Turn the assessment into work your teams can act on.
A useful deliverability assessment gives you findings, supporting evidence, priorities and named next checks. It should distinguish a verified configuration issue from a hypothesis that needs testing. Remediation and ongoing monitoring are scoped separately, with your administrators approving changes.
Where the problem is coordination, GTM engineering can connect account exclusions, contact ownership and reply routing. For enterprise software sales, agree how existing customers, active opportunities and contacts already speaking to another team are kept out of inappropriate sequences.
If you also need capacity to research accounts or develop initial conversations, fractional SDR and BDR support can be scoped around your product brief. Product demonstrations, technical validation and commercial commitments stay with your team.
Experience with the systems behind complex software sales.
Our experience includes assessing sales-email environments in the treasury and payments software sector through an agency partner. That work informs the emphasis on evidence, clear system ownership and a practical handover between technical and commercial teams.
This is email and sales-operations support, not a payments-platform audit. You work with Peter Black to define the investigation and the access it requires. Broader software teams can also explore our B2B SaaS support.
Questions from treasury software teams
Can you work with Microsoft 365 and a separate sales-engagement platform?
Yes. We start by mapping which platform sends each type of message and what evidence each system provides. We then agree the assessment scope with the owners of the mail environment, sales platform and CRM.
Should we move all outbound email to new domains?
That is not an automatic fix. The right design depends on the sending route, provider policies, brand identity and current evidence. Changing a domain without addressing the underlying behaviour can recreate the same problem.
Will you change our production systems during an assessment?
The initial assessment is read-only. Configuration changes, controlled implementation and verification require an agreed scope and approval from the relevant system owner.
Can you guarantee delivery to banks or corporate treasury inboxes?
No. Recipient organisations control their own filtering, and passing authentication does not guarantee inbox placement. We document what the evidence supports and where recipient-side investigation may still be needed.
What should we prepare before speaking to you?
Bring a list of the systems involved, a description of the affected messages and the people who own those systems. Do not send credentials, payment information or confidential customer messages through the enquiry form.

Tell us which messages are affected and how your team sends them. We can discuss a scoped investigation and the people it needs to involve.
